Apartment Review for The Legends At Dunwoody

I moved in last February and am currently doing everything in my power to cut my 16 month lease even 2 days short. At first it seems amazing for the price but I suggest to all to PAY MORE to live somewhere SAFER, CLEANER, & BETTER managed. I am so uncomfortable in my own home that I am currently not even sleeping there and nor will I till my lease is up. I am dog owner & I walk my dog on a lease and pick up after it. I think I might be the only one. There is dog poop and loose dogs all over the property. I have had numerous issues with a neighbor & have received little to no help from the complex. On one occasion my roommate was threatened by our neighbor with a gun. There were no repercussions.I was speaking with the property manager and told him I didn't feel safe & that as the manager of an apartment complex it was his job to help make residents feel safe & he told me "No mam that is not my job"...Then what is your job? I am amazed an appalled with how poor the management is and how little they really care. It seems that all they really do it try to find the easy way out. I asked for maintenance to come out Saturday of this week because I have a crack in my bath tub and it is now Tuesday and I still have not had someone show up. I am not one to go blog on things like this but truthfully I am so upset and offended by this place I had to. If you want to not be respected, not feel safe, and not live in a clean complex...GO FOR IT.
