I have lived in my apartment for four years. There have been a few issues along the way, but everything has been taken care of. This includes A/C going out a few times, and the dishwasher not working very well. The staff in the office has been great. They stay late, and always take a moment to see if they can help me, even if I'm waiting while they are helping someone else. I didn't give it five stars because it's not a perfect place. It has been a great place to live though. I'm feel pretty lucky to have been in a building with other good tenants. Unless someone is super rude, you won’t hear your neighbors at all. You can't control who moves in and out, but pay attention before you finalize. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the kids are good. I have not had a problem with bugs, or trash pickup. We even recently received a “hug” from the complex. This included special cleaning attention to the outside, and everyone got a door mat, and goodie bag. The price is great, and if you get a refurb, you will be happy!
