Apartment Review for The Reserve At La Vista Walk

Please don't let the appearance of the property fool you! This is the HOOD! I have been here for 2 years and I have seen and been though some things! First of all the office staff are some idiots! They should just dress some monkeys up and have them to sit there for the day! There is no leaving packages from the post man anymore because of "internal and external" theft! wtf??

Then, I've witnessed one car get the rims stolen off of, another truck I saw on blocks on my way out in the morn, and my neighbor has had her car broken into FOUR times!! In addition, my truck has been vandalized (attempted theft), and my mailbox pried open (and remember, the boxes have random numbers on them so no one knows who's box is whoms besides the office staff), and an attempted robbery while I was home in the middle of the day!! So at some point "someone" is letting these hoodlums on the property and they robbed like 6 units in the middle of the day and of course the office staff are reviewing the cameras (this is always the excuse) and putting the generic notice on the door telling the residents that we need to lock our doors and be careful!!

I am so over this place! We have a new property management company that remodeled the leasing office to look very lavish, however we don't have security! I did finally see one guard the day after the break-ins but he's so fat, who the **** is he going to catch?! Oh, there is a courtesy officer living in the building, however, when something happens he's always at work! LMAO!!

Then I was told when Aisha was informed about the burglaries, she was so calm and collected, as to say that this is just the norm at The Reserve at LaVista Walk!
