Apartment Review for The Reserve At La Vista Walk

Lavista Walk is a beautiful complex. But don't be fooled. The walls are paper thin. Noise is out of control from the neighbors talking, watching TV, walking, etc. I have a hard time sleeping and am woke up during the night due to the noise. Since I have been here the place has gotten extremely GHETTO! Security here is non existant. The original courtesy officer moved and the current courtesy officer is pretty much non existant. Has never been seen. One morning, while leaving the parking garage, a car was sitting on blocks, the tires and rims had been stolen. Vehicles are constantly being broken into and even apartments are broken into. The Parking Garage!! It is so narrow that accidents happen on a regular basis, and I have avoided multiple accidents. The security gates don't work properly half of the time. The hall ways are not enclosed, so winter is extremely cold and summer is extremely hot in the hall ways. I could go on and on, but you get my point. Don't be fooled by the newness and beauty.
