Get real, All complexes are rentals. Matt and staff do a very good job. There is a lot to running an apartment complex and pleasing several hundred residents. <P>
No it's not a condo, it's an apartment. For an apartment it really is very nice! I have made a commitment to live here for the next six years and plan to keep the commitment. <P>
