Apartment Reviews for Westhampton Court - Atlanta

Well, I've lived here a little over the year, and I'll admit, Robin can be a *****. Actually, I happened to see her drunk in a bar right around the corner the day after I moved in. I don't think she has a man, which may be the reason she is so bitter. There are only like 50 people that stay here, so the place is pretty quiet except for a few crazy residents, and the new maintenece guy's kids that always run out and play in the street. <P>
I have only had a few minor maintanence problems since I've been here, and they were fixed pretty quickly. I like the fact that rules are enforced here though. I'm proud to have my own parking space, and that other's can't park there or they'll get towed. I mean that's fair. Its not hard to park in a guest spot or the visitor area down the hill. Guests need to stop being lazy! <P>
As for the apartment itself, the place is pretty old but renovations were done in the past few years and I'd say its pretty decent. A GREAT location and price, and I keep my place pretty clean. I only seen about 1 cockroach every few months, and I swear they must come from my filthy neighbors. <P>
All in all, the place is decent for the price and location, even though our Miss. Manager Robin desperately needs some ****. I'd say the place is average in all aspects. It has its pros and cons as any other apartment. <P>
