Rat Infestation

This apartment was infested with rats for 6 months and the management not only did not fix the problem, but they also pursued me in court after I had the environmental protection agency come do an inspection and deem the apartment "severely infested with rats. Due to the amounts of feces and urine and the resultant odor it is determined that the vectors are of the rat family."
Not only would I not recommend this place to my worst enemy, I would strongly encourage you run immediately in the other direction. At the time I lived there, parts of the development were partially managed by another company, but the management company that was responsible for the rat disaster was Mullins Management. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
