Review for Cedar Grove Apartments & Townhouses Apartments

I truly love Cedarwood Apartments. I moved in at the best time..which was the time of renovations. They did such an awesome job renovating. They had new everything..refrigerators, stoves, cabinets, carpets (which includes a free cleaning every year), tubs. Everything was new. The bad to this complex is when they renovated they got rid of all the trash dumpsters except one. Now instead of the trash being on every corner there is only 1! The residents have to ride with the trash on the hood or trunk of their cars and that can be an issue considering we have so many speed bumps which causes the trash to fall. At times some people can be lazy and not even pick it up.
Also there has been a bit of break car ins..but also think that’s due to the recent recession and the neboring apartments. We have camera's, they're not working but we have done so much complaining there due to be installed at any time.
Over all this is a great place, neighbors are very friendly as well as the management. It's also kid friendly. So many after school activities and projects for the kids to participate in (as well as the summer). They have a food and clothing bank for those who are less fortunate. Great place to be... considering the neighboring apartments Cedar Grove and Overlook.
