Review for Champions Pines Apartments

My husband and I were stationed in Augusta for 3 years and lived here. It was hell. For once, safety is horrible. Cars were broken into on a weekly basis and fights would break in the parking lot. The maintenance personel is awful. You would have to twist their arm to have them fix something. We had a broken water heater for 2 months and showered with cold water! The leasing staff is also so rude. They are nice to get you to sign on the dotted line but once in become nasty to you. They refused to give our deposit back even though we left the apartment in perfect condition! They also used to key in the apartment with fake excuses and surprised me once sleeping. The apartments themselves are outdated, dark, and cramped. We were infested by roaches. The walls are so thin you can here the people talking in the apartments around you. You can also hear the waterpipes in the walls each time someone uses water. Our advice to you: RUN FAST while you still can!
