Review for Champions Pines Apartments

Rebecca, be warned will lie, and tell you whatever you want to hear to get your name on the lease. The maintenance here is a joke, more like "What Maintenance?" I put in over 9 work orders here living here, and only ONE was fullfilled, after I threatened to leave due to INHUMANE living conditions. Rebecca, the property manager lies and actually I heard logs onto these websites and posts fake reviews on how good the apartments are because everyone can't stand this place anymore, and is getting the hell out. If your offering a 300 dollar referral fee for instance such as Rebecca, they are having an occupancy problem, no one is staying and are pretty darn desperate for $$. If you consider moving into this apartment complex brace yourself, for maintenace they will break into your apartment, my next door neighbor's apartment got broken into, and her dog ran off. I would not suggest this place to anyone, it is a ghetto dump located right next to the projects off Wrightsboro Road.
