Review for Champions Pines Apartments

I came to the apartment complex and walked around to see if this would be a good place to live. I was shocked to see an ATV being riden on the property. I thought that because there are dog recipicals all over the location with is great and convinent. However I have seen people taking the dogs out first with out a leash and then not picking up the remains. I also saw a person in the middle of the complex with several small dogs loose and using the bathroom in front of differnt apartments. I also called to speak about rental information and the phone was given to a Rebecca, this individual needs to learn how to speak to potental customers. She was rude and when I asked for the corporate phone # she stated that she can not give it out. I spoke with several tenants of the complex and have stated that the maintance on the apartments are not up the code. I have sent in a letter to the coroparte office to advice them that management needs to be retrained or replaced along with the maintance.
