Been here since May 08. Not too bad for small rent fee. I don't have any problems except for the parking. Ony 7 spots for 4 rooms. I haven't heard of or seen any crimes out here. Has your typical kids with their loud music in their cars, but its mostly passing by and not overly annoying. I do have a broken screen door that still needs repair. My main bedroom has horrible insulation. Small roach issue, but not as bad as the other place I been.
