Building access limited for safety; reserved parking at front door; public transportation nearby; recently completely renovated; well maintained high end units; heavily insulated against noise; Water, Cable TV furnished; Washer-Dryer, exercise room in building;near everything - Medical College, Augusta State U., etc.
