FIRST OF ALL I AGREE WITH THE OTHER PERSON,IT IS VERY LOW QUALITY. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A PROBLEM WITH SPIDERS AND THE LANDLORDS ARE VERY SLOW WITH MAINTENANCE ISSUES.
