I stayed 3 years.....family friendly, safe, good management and prompt attention to things needing fixing. Nice location.
Top value for the dollar. Upstairs 2br/2ba apartments have extra attic space for storage. Train noise for apts near the tracks, extremely quiet and peaceful at the back. Only gripe is that they took away one garbage unit out of three leading to people leaving things outside the garbage dumpster over week-ends.....gets cleared promptly Mondays. They need an additional dumpster at the rear. Highly recommended for location, value, good construction, and excellent management
