Office staff was friendly however terrible about getting anything right the first time and even the second time. Constantly had to followup and have their mistakes corrected. Everytime I was told they would handle something I found that they never followed through. Most things the staff was suppose to handle I spent my time handling and correcting. Nice apartments to live in however I would recommend following up on anything the staff tells you they will handle.
