Too Pricey With Shoddy Service

When we first moved in I thought it was great, the staff were really nice especially the Apt Manager herself. The next day when we returned after she had run a credit and background check on us, her demeanor went from super friendly to real sour and looked as if we wanted to steal her watch. I thought this was a bad sign to begin with but we were desperate and needed a place to live.

We have a beautiful apartment on the third floor. Always get the top floor if you can! The noise level is really low, except for occassional door slamming, but sometimes when someone shuts the door the entire building shakes. The fixtures are beautiful and well done, everything was clean and spotless.

My true gripe is as everyone else here has commented on, poor customer service. The girls are wonderful and friendly, but rarely get anything seriously done. Be prepared to be looked down upon if you're poor.
