The apartments are absolutely gorgeous. It is a brand new community so everything is nice, however, dealing the ATC development was a pain. The first week we moved in we had a list of problems we needed fixed. After about a month and a half they were finally finished. Maintenace had to come back time after time and fix the same problems they had supposedly fixed the first time. Also, whenever I had a question about something, the office staff was very rude and not very helpful. I will never rent from ATC development again. You can always find a good apartment, it's a good leasing staff that really makes the difference.
