Regardless of what others say, I enjoyed living here. It is a very quiet community. We were not robbed, we did not see many strangers walking around here. We had absolutely no problems with noise or neighbors. The apartment complex and the apartment itself is very nice. It may take a while to fix, but maintenance will repair anything! ATC development does not have a friendly staff. They are all business and they show no concern for tenants. There are no amenities here.
