Review for Savannah West Apartments

I have been living in The greens for two years and the complex and staff is horrible. To began with, when we first move in 08/2007 the second month there they lost the rent money order then tried to charge me $50 for being late. 2) we have never gotten the dishwasher fix even though they so call say it works 3)when the heater blew they would not come out that night due to it was not freezing outside but it was in the 30s 4) had a mice issue which was never found it just disappear 5)pest control never comes out even though you are on the list 6)the guys that are so called maintenance do not know what they are doing. There is very active drug active in the complex. The complex would be nice but you have grocery carts, kid toys, and broken cars all over. The complex is not dependable and most of the time you come better just contacting a self repair guy. I can not wait until my lease is up and only did not move the first year due to financial issues. Also, they never keep the same people in the office it always someone new. That speaks volume. I encourage people to not move to this complex because you will be dissatified. Oh yea, when pest control do come you will go home to an open door b/c they did not close and lock the door. Oh yea, great complex
