I lived here for six months and these people kept calling me by the wrong name and sending me mail with important information about my lease with the name of the previous owner on it, therefore i never looked at the mail and missed a lot of important information that they held against me when i wanted to move out. The apartments themselves were pretty nice, but dealing with the faculty is a hassel. They always seem to find some reason why you owe them more money.
