Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I moved into this apartment because I loved the location, nice and tucked away but still close to everything and the landscaping and the apartments were very nice. Shortly after moving in I found out how wron I was about this place, the management is horrible and the maintenance is even worse, we have our dishwasher, AC, door and dryer hook-ups break and the average time to fix them is about 3 weeks, and that's if you go to the office in person and demand that is get done. A friend of mine who lives in the same complex had her ceiling fan fall out of her ceiling, it was hanging by the wires above her bed and when the maintenance saw it they said, "Ok we will come back tomorrow and fix it." She had to stop him from leaving so that he would unhook it so it didn't fall on her while she was sleeping. This place is horrible.
