Apartment Review for Prince Avondale

The apartment manager is great and tries to take care of any problems that
you may have. The are very strict and enforce a safe environment. They don't
play. The maintenance crew is excellent.
They do what they can to handle problems.
The grounds are kept neat. My apartment is decent. It's normally quiet, my
neighbor plays loud music but he has done
better in turning it down. The staff is
truly concerned about people. Also there's always enough parking. They have
just painted the doors and railings. I
usually stay to myself. My overall rating
is a 4. The manager is great and very
helpful. The neighbors? People are people, the good, the negative and the ugly, but that's anywhere.
I strongly recommend this apartment complex. It will run circles
around the other ones featured. It could
use brighter lights. Also it's close to
Marta and the Kensington Marta Station.
At any place you should add additional
locks and door knob locks. Families
would do alright here too.
