Apartment Reviews for Hartford Run Apartments - Buford

This place is very cheap and nice for what it is. The apartments are in nice condition. The maintenance does not seem to be concerned with anything but the grass and bush's. A tree fell on one of the apartments a couple times and it took them a couple weeks to remove them. There is no playground so if you live near kids get used to loud noise and be careful of them shooting out to the middle of the road when you drive by. People there do not like to confront their neighbors about problems with noise and etc, resulting in complaints to the office and cops being called. It is easy to get an apartment their but you still have to deal with some problems. like you think you are squared away but then they will say you have one more thing to do. The office people are alright the manager is super nice but the front office workers are hard to deal with sometimes. If you own pets you pay a pet fee then every month it's $10 per pet which I find to be ridiculous. Overall as I said it is a cheap and affordable place and the apartments are nice but I wouldn't want to live here for a long time. Plus when you re-sign your lease they up your rent.
