Apartment Review for The Reserve At Ivy Creek

I've never lived somewhere where the management doesn't care about any complaints. My friends have had guns pulled on them at the pool, someone gets arrested there at least once a week. My AC has not worked hardly at all in the past year ive been there (although im paying well over 100 dollars for power alone). When I tried to renew my lease they tried to raise my rent higher despite the fact that i've never had a compaint and I always pay on time. I gave them the benefit of doubt, but they score lower than a zero in my book. The whole place should be razed to the ground and start all over. <P>
