I've lived here for over 2 years. I have just contracted to buy my first home. Thank you to my neighbors and to the staff for all they've done. I have felt comfortable and safe here - and saved quite a bit of money that most others have to spend on rent:)

I have lived here for 8 months and have had no problems as the other reviews state. I heard that the community is under new management and it shows. Because the rates are great I'm sure many are wanting to live here there is potential for the not so good tenants to try to live here too. But managements cares and tries to take care of any issues that come with stupid tenants. They do a good job keeping the grounds and maintenance problems taken care of. The staff is good at helping me with most anything I've asked of them including faxing paperwork for me.
