Apartment Review for Heritage At Riverstone

First 2 months were great. Every month they enter your apartment to check for "bugs." They should just spray every 3 months, but they have a hidden agenda upon entering your apartment. They are checking for pets, there is nothing wrong with this. But every single month they are going to enter your apartment. We recently had a fair in town, my fincee won a gold fish. They want to charge 150.00 for 1 gold fish that is going to die in 2 weeks. Its in a little fish bowl, Really... Not only is it extremely annoying to be invaded once a month, but you can hear the maintenance man coming from 3 buildings over, "Maintenance, Apartment Check!!!" So you have to put up with that 1 time a month and you have to listen to him scream upon entering each apartment for about 1.5 hours. oh yea, if you work 3rd shift, good luck getting sleep while this is going on. Apartments look very nice on the inside, but the walls are paper thin. Master Bathrooms connect to your neighboring apartment, hope you are comfortable with your neighbors, they will hear everything that goes on in the Master Bath and the Master Bedrooms. I am currently a resident, at the end of my lease, im gone. NEVER LOOKING BACK. Feels like a prison when im at home
