My name is armesha i just renewed my lease i dnt think the apartments are ghetto i think the staff is nice and would work with u if u need anything its not ghetto at all

I live there and love it. I even went to a College Park Police meeting the other day and there hasn't even been a call to the police from The Village in over 3 months. It is quiet and the new management seems to be doing a bunch of positive stuff. Much more than the previous people ever did. I can't wait to renew for another year or two.
