Apartment Review for Arbor Creek Apartment Homes

this apartment is the worst I have ever stayed in. It is overpriced. It is roach infested. The property manager is a big liar and don't anything to resolve you situations or better the apartments. The referral fee is a joke. the property manager do not give it to you as promised. If you ever have a issue all she wants to talk about is the budget. The water is off every other day with no notice. So if you want to take a shower or wash clothes or something you better do it at night. The water is off every other morning. The condition of the unit is out of date. The AC unit is so old it had to work twice as hard to work which cause my light bill to run 3 or 4 hundred dollars. Which is more that what it ran me in a 4 bedroom home. Parking was taken up by non working cars that just sit on the property for months. Maintenance orders take 2 or 3 weeks to get filled.
