Apartment Review for Arbor Creek Apartment Homes

Signing a lease with arbor creek will be the worst contract that you have ever invested in. Arbor creek apartments are by far the worst apartments in Conyers. They are roach infested, they predate 1978, there are structural problems in the foundation and walls, and also a terminator is much needed to rid the residence of pests such as roaches and termites. When I moved in, the residence was unkempt, and lacked a finished look, and there was also broken glass in the window sills. The cabinets were painted over and the new paint would peel off. The job looked extremely unprofessional and half ***! The manager lied about the roach problem, as she said that there was no such problem. I've been here 6 months and I get sprayed by exertminators every Tuesday, but the problem is still paramount. (so imagine if I didn't get sprayed every Tuesday). If all that isn't bad enough, I was the victim of a burglary. The outdated locks are the culprit for making the
burglary happen so flawlessly. After all that I decided to terminate my lease. In order to do so they made me give a sixty day notice and are making me pay a month's rent at market value as a termination fee. In conclusion I have been very unsatisfied with this residence and I wouldn't recommend this to my enemies. I'm so ecstatic about moving to my new apartment in a few months and living roach-free, and being in a safer enviornment for my two year and I. I really hope renters take heed to this review. Thanks. And I cannot stress enough this is mot definitely not a place where you want some children. The environment is not safe the coutesy office ONLY montiors the pool, which leaves criminals free to all! This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt starting with new ownership and new management! If I could rate this place no stars I would! This apartment made me another person, from constantly naggy my two year old not to touch the cabinets, don't pick things off the floor, don't eat things off the floor,(don't be a two year old) don't go in the kitchen at night... I barely decorated because of the disguisting roach problem! This place is just ****! Now my daughter will be able to live like a kid and stress free from thinking about roach disease!!!
