Apartment Review for Harris Bridge Overlook

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I can't wait to get out! Maintenance has yet to finish ANYTHING they've started on my apartment. Something tears up and they come out to get an idea of the problem and never return. They leave notices at 11 at night saying they need to be in my apartment the next morning for a "check up". Just last week the "courtesy officer" was driving around on the golf cart slamming on the brakes at 11 at night with another woman laughing. This is how they leave the "maintenance notices". Beth is the property manager but she isn't here half the time to manage anything. And if you try to get in touch with her she is too busy flirting with some guy to do her job. There are gangs, people smoking marijuana in the hallways, fights about once every 1-2 weeks, my car has been broken onto twice, someone tried pulling the screen off my windows, etc. Tell the leasing office right? Tried it! Nothing ever gets done. I pay over $800 month to live in a dump 2 bedroom apartment. Please do not move here especially if you have kids. I have been approached more than once by kids asking if I know where they can score some "bud". In other words, weed. I urge anyone to please steer clear of this area. This week they tested the fire alarms with zero notice. So you can imagine how I felt when there was a loud screeching alarm and my 6 month old was napping. I rushed out the door to be told "we're just testing the alarm". I look across the hall to find an old man trying to rush out of his door with a wheelchair. Like I said, if you move in here you are asking for trouble.
