Apartment Review for Birch Grove Apartments

I have been living at this complex for 4 years now and I enjoy living here very much. I recently renewed my lease for a fifth year and was told that I would get a courtesy clean and another little token. I informed management that I was going to be away for the weekend 2 weeks ago. Lo and behold when I came home I was surprised to see that my carpet was cleaned and smelled so fresh. I was so happy that they were thoughtful enough to clean my carpet for me so that when I returned I could have a pleasant surprise.I called them and expressed my deep appreciation for their thoughtfulness. I think that I will make this place my home until I buy a house since it is so quiet and peaceful. I appreciate you management; especially Pepper.
