First and foremost, Crestview Apartment Homes is a beautifully landscaped community nestled with a quaint entrance off Snapfinger Woods Drive in Decatur, Georgia. We have one of the best grace periods around for rental payments and we have long-standing residents who have been here since 1989 which could mean we must be doing something right. Would you agree?
Secondly, while we do not fill the shoes of the apartment hunters, we do aim to create a sense of community for our residents here at Crestview. Our visionary for the property has outstanding leadership qualities which could be matched with the best of property managers. The leasing team has over fifteen (15) years of combined experience and are sure to provide you with the service you have always wanted to experience with any purchasing decision you have had to make regarding spending your hard earned money. The maintenance team is well seasoned and though we have the few reviews that are not so positive, we have many many and we strive to be competent with our customer service offering, build a community our residents want to reside in and be proud to call home and make Crestview a place you wish to call your future home.
We encourage you to come by to experience the difference. We recommend our product, price, quality and service above all else. Come in to see for yourself.
Regards, Team Crestview

I've lived there 13 months. To go down the rating list. Safety: My car was broken into twice, management did not care and did nothing to monitor the property. The "security" is and was no where to be found. PARKING: Great Parking. APPEARANCE: Great. OFFICE STAFF: Sarcastic, rude, unprofessional. Arletha is the most professional person in there, but none of them follow up on requests or complaints. MAINTENANCE: Is pretty good. CONDITION OF UNIT: I really liked the apartment, but the kitchen appliances where old and broke down often. NOISE LEVEL: That depends where you are located. OVERALL RATING: Loved being inside the apartment but the management(office staff) made the experience worse than it needed to be. I would not recommend, due to the staff.

Personally, I no longer like the complex. You can get some good deals on the rent, but you'll also have to pay water, gas, and electricity. The gas and electricity isn't bad, but the water bill is generally $80 or more, with most of the bill being for sewage, pest control and taxes. As for the community itself, it's ok. Just make sure you have renter's insurance and an alarm system. My apartment was broken in to and the leasing staff seemed very unconcerned, and did not notify residents of recent break-ins until weeks later. Also, in the 11 months that I was there, there were three new leasing managers. Good starter location, but I must say the company is definitely NOT about business, just appearance. Maybe it will get better.
