Apartment Reviews for Redan Cove Apartments - Decatur

I was living there in january of 2011 until november of 2012 and when I first moved in everything seemed ok. there was 2 break ins that they notified us about. Then around may they were bought out and new managemnet came in. They took away all the garbage dumps except one and people kept putting there trash in the old dump spaces so strays would come out and drag the trash around. There is only one person in the office that shows respect to the residents and gets the same respect back and his name is mike, but his maintence crew is a joke. when toliets stop working he tells you to not put any tolilet paper in your toilet. then they will start renovations at like 7 am and wake everyone up. I had a newborn when they started doing the outside of our apartment and i would get woken up at 7 am and they would take breaks and still be doing it until 8 at night. it would **** me off!!!!!!!!! it took them 2 months to PAINT the outside of my apartment because they kept taking as many breaks as they want and would unlock your door and use your elecrtic for their power tools. Thats my only problem was the maintance crew. everything els was pretty ok.
