Apartment Review for Harbor Lakes Apartments

I been living in Harbor Lakes for two years now and I freaking hate it . First of all the neighborhood itself is boring, there are no parties, you cant play your music, the work out room is broken and its been broken since I moved out here. Also we have an indoor pool that is supposed to be heated and it is not heated at all, that pool is just as cold as the outdoor pool which is still not open. Today is May 28, 2012 and the **** outdoor pool is not open. Management here sucks, since I been out here we constantly have new management and everytime we get new management, it is a worser staff than the first one. I would not recommend no one to move into Harbor lakes if you're a family that likes to have a good time, if you have a family with kids and who like to go swimming cause it will not be open when they say it will be. I hate living out here, I've visited Senior Citizen homes that have way better service than Harbor Lakes. At least at the Senior Citizen homes, everything works well and tge staff stays up on its facility.
