Apartment Review for Orchard Springs Apartment Homes

I moved here in May of 2011 and I have to say I am very pleased with how things are done here! Lets start with the staff... The staff here is very friendly and they seem to all be on the same page as far as how the office is ran. The maintenance is responsive and friendly as well! I moved into a 3 bedroom and I have to admit the building that I was put in is rather dirty. The Breezeways have stains and gum stuck on the concrete, but the staff kindly warned me about the condition of the building, so it's not like it was a surprised. I was a bit worried about my neighbors if the building was in the condition that it was in, but surprisingly, I haven't had any problems thus far! It's quiet and calm here, and people seem to adhere to the rules and regulations.

After taking a walk around the complex, I noticed that the landscaping is very nice well kept and that all the other buildings look nothing like the one I am in!

My only gripe would be that I have been having air conditioning problems since I moved in, but every single time I called the maintenance responded quickly and fixed the problem. I think I may need a new system or something.

I absolutely am loving my new spacious apartment! The sun room is perfect for my office and there is little to no disturbances while I am working late on work projects.

I will recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice family oriented place to live. Oh! And did I mention the movie night they've set up for us! It's like a screen on the green! But at the tennis court! How nice!
