Be sure to get a receipt because the manager does not like tracable paper trails. Watch them they have allowed three people money ordes to be cashed else where. If you do not believe me then check with the Gwinnett Police department's report records and get a copy of the two people that have made a police report. The manager is never available and she show's up only at rent time. She is an uncle tom ass kisser and feel like she owns the property. Her a shitty acting person without any people skills. They have had a murder there and people hang out all night long in the breezeways watching your apartment status.
