Apartment Review for Magnolia Village Apartments

The apts. are beautiful inside. Outside the door, forget it. Trash everywhere, unsupervised children very destructive, completely destroyed basketball court. Last week the pool area was a diasaster, actual feces were found in the water. The restroom inside the office had human feces all over the walls. Basketball court net and pole pulled out of ground by unruly youths. Car theft is occurs very often. New management again. 3rd time in 1 year. Makes promises, does not follow through. This apt. complex is a section 8 nightmare. If police want to make arrests more often, try patrolling this apt. complex. Plenty to keep them busy. For the few of us left who are looking for much better quality, we have installed security cameras in our home, and security alarms. The contract states security. I'd like to know where. Worse since recent management has taken over. Makes excuses, but no action. <P>
