The fact of the matter is that Magnolia Village has great potential. What it needs is more diligent and productive staff, and more conscientious tenants. Perhaps more discerning qualifications for selecting tenants would also help.
It would look beautiful if the maintenance was kept up on the facade and the area around the dumpster wasnt a landfill every few weeks. It wouldnt hurt if the gate worked consistantly for @ least a month or two before breaking, or if there was a regular schedule for exterminators.
As it stands now, unless you live in the first two buildings youre more than likely gonna be parking @ Rhodes Jordan park, because that will be the only space you can find. And if you live in or around building 4 you can pretty much count on not sleep past 6 on a weekday due to the blaring car horn signaling your neighbors child they are late for the bus. Come to think of it, that car horn seems to come around on the weekend too, to sound repeatedly. You hope for someone, ANYONE to come see what the **** this idiot wants so **** stop blowing the horn @ 2am!!
Also, youll get to become familiar with the look and design of Lawrenceville police cruisers and local EMT and fire vehicles...
Other than all that its a swell place to live ;)

We have had very many occurences last summer. Drug related, cultural uproar, loud music, yelling from one patio to the next, congregations of people standing outside loitering, trash in the yard, unsupervised children, car theft, apt. theft, but new management have taken over recently and promised change. We shall see. There are a few police officers who have moved in, so hopefully things will change. I agree with all the comments about this complex. If you like peace and quiet, please give this place a try. Very reasonable rent, nice ammenities, apts. are large, and please bring your pets!!!!!
Alot of animal lovers here!!!! Many tenants have taken up a watch in the complex to try and stop unwanted activity. But we need more decent people like yourselves to move here. GIVE IT A TRY!!!!!! Retired people welcome also!!!!! Many already here!!!

Alexis is very helpful, very professional. She should be the Rental Manager. Very nice 1,2,3 bedrooms with patio for very reasonable rent. Pets always welcome. Apt. community will get better if more people who want peace and quiet move in. Subwoofers are an issue, but there seems to be a sudden lull in the neighborhood. We need professional people who really want to keep this apt. complex quiet, safe, and nice. Many apt. complexes have been destroyed in this area because people have allowed it to happen. DECENT PEOPLE NEED A PLACE TO LIVE TOO!!!!!!! If you are looking for a place to live where you like solitude, give this place a try! Hopefully by summer we will be able to go outside the apartment and walk to our cars in peace. No loud noise, no unsupervised children, (there is a playground for children, tennis court, basketball court, and swimming pool, as well as an exercise room. and for those of you who don't bring your washer and dryer, there is a laundry room. PETS ALWAY WELCOME!!!!! After school program for children. Hopefully they will begin a program for children to have activities during the summer months. If you read this please, rate this apartment and give us your feedback.
