Apartment Reviews for Madison At Waterford - Lithia Springs

This is my first place and I like it. This place is not bad at all. I feel safe, I havent heard of any break-in, and the staff is very nice. Once I didnt have all my rent, and they allowed me to write a post dated check without a late charge. The property is very well maintained. If there is a problem, it is fixed right away. There is not really a bug proble, I think bugs are able to come in through the crack underneath the front door however. The noise level is fine. When kids are outside playing, I dont really hear them inside. My neighbors are friendly. I have no problems here. I dont know why these reviews are bad, but I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

today i have signed my lease and one of the leasing ladies ask me what club do i go to like club (miami)im askin myself why is she asking me that im trying to get an apartment. so then she tells me my girlfriend was banned from coming in the office b/c she was calling the leasing office for me to ask a question about a comcast cable bill. my girlfriend wasnt asking about my leasing agreement even though she knows everything about it! but i feel that even though she is not on the lease she should be treated the same way! (with respect)im a resident here thats it! nothing more,nothing less at all! me and my wife dont do drama at all and we dont bother people at all. but my wife wasnt doing anything at all but asking a question but to ban her from the office is childish to me! so i am mad at the fact i come to fill out a lease and my girl gets banned from an apartment that i chose to stay in and later on my wife will be here also! and shes not even in atlanta shes in memphis,tn. she never been in the leasing office or even been in atlanta since december! so how can she be banned for a question! i love my wife and we do not do crazy drama at all! so i hope this is resolved when she comes home! i hope this has nothing to do with me being a lesbian! im a new resident here so i hope me and my wife will not have any drama at all! my wife is a great person and i love her dearly so the drama has to stop! but when she comes home we will be at the office to talk to the manager about this little problem that was blown up for the wrong reason!

I have been living here for 6 months. The day I checked out the apartment, it was very nice and the price was in my budget. But the day I moved in there were dead roaches in the walk way to the apartment. But I had signed the lease and I needed a place quick. Ever since I have killed at least one bug a day. I have bought spry and keep my place clean but still bugs. Don't move here. Bugs, bugs bugs.

This is my second year living over here and when I first moved over here my first apartment I had fleas in my carpet( when they tood me it was new carpet) the place was dirty and I had to call maintenance once a week, and my second apartment which is a one bed room ;bugs were always getting in my apartment,heat didn't work, washer they gave me is leaking, the place was horrible, I had to do a lot of thing to the apartment before I moved in such as clean my own carpet. I called the leasing office and spoke to one of the clerks and they told me that someone will be out there that week , now is going on a month and no one showed up. I called later that weeek and spoke to the director and still no one showed up. This **** is ridiculous. I'm not staying here another year as soon as my lease is up I'm gone

I read some reviews of Waterford before I came to visit the apartments. I have to say, The reviews were SO WRONG. People just get mad at different things and blame it on the community and everything. But i have to say, this place is a very nice place to live. It is an older apartment complex, but since it has been under new management, things have changed like WHOA. Things are being painted, freshly lanscaped, and not to mention there are staff members EVERY MORNING picking up trash around the property to keep it clean. Me and my children have lived there for 3 years now, and is renewing our lease in August. I am very impressed with the way things have changed and the QUIETNESS is GREAT here! The only thing I guess i would complain about is my refrigerator is leaking. But I called the office, and they told me a maintenence guy would come tomorrow. The office staff are amazingly always helpful, and fixes anything that I want done to my apartment. I hope I have changed your mind about this place. These reviews are wrong. Go visit first, you'll be glad you did!
