DO NOT MOVE TO WESLEY KENSINGTON...BEWARE....

STAY FAR AWAR FROM WESLEY KENSINGTON. My drama with the Manager - Tiffany Davis and Leasing Consultant - Tiffany Stewart began BEFORE I MOVED IN. They are extremely rude and money hungry crooks. I am relocating to Georgia from California. I overnighted my application & fees of $450 to their office, it was received on a Monday, but I changed my mind and decided to cancel the application exactly 2 days later on a Wednesday. I was told by Tiffany Stewart that if I cancelled my application that I would NOT be able to get any of my monies back. I stated to Tiffany that I knew for a fact that I have 72-hours to change my mind, that is the law in Georgia. To make a long story short, they DO NOT want to refund any of my money. I can understand them not refunding the $50 application fee, but that $400 is my money. It's not going to end here for me, legally I know that I will win the case in court. BEWARE, they scam people. THE RATINGS YOU READ ARE VERY TRUE, I experienced the drama and I am NOT even in Georgia yet. Needless to say I am NOT moving to Wesley Kensington, I have found something much better, much larger. There are hidden fees, they don't tell you about them until AFTER they receive all of your monies. They thought they had me. There's a $45/month water fee added to your rent. If you want a view, there's an extra fee and if you want your apartment to be cable ready, that's extra money, I have NEVER in my life heard of a fee to have an apartment cable ready, I live in California, one of the most expensive states to live in and they do not even charge a fee for an apartment that's cable ready, that is standard; so basically they were trying to tack on all sorts of monthly fees in the rent; oh...last but not least, there's mandatory renter's insurance that you will have to purchase from them, another monthly fee. After paying all of those fees, you're better off renting or purchasing a home. If you want to read what actual residents have to say about Wesley Kensington, go to apartmentratings.com they are NOT happy. Don't let the smooth taste fool you !!! <P>
