Apartment Reviews for East Lake Communities - Marietta

I loved my unit only because it was the top floor and I had a great view from the balcony. It had a nice big deck and there were only two units per floor so you didn't feel like you were crammed on all sides. It was out dated and not well insulated though. The office staff always came across snobby but for the most part left you alone. Maintenance came running every time I had a problem. It was a very beautiful place especially during Spring when the leaves had grown back and the trees leaned over the roadway. Hope you like Muscovies (ducks that look like turkeys). They are everywhere! As far as the noise level goes, it came and went. Usually weekends were noisier than weekdays.
