Apartment Reviews for Rosemont At East Cobb - Marietta

Though I have only been living in these apartments for a short time, I have been thoroughly impressed from the moment I visited the property. The staff here is BEYOND friendly. Steven and Markeyta work in the office and they are very helpful. If you have a question, complaint, or just want to chat, they are always happy to accomidate you. The maintenance staff here is EXCELLENT! They respond to all your requests usually IMMEDIATELY and never act as if they are bothered by tenants. They keep the grounds neat and clean and truly enjoy doing their jobs. Not only is the staff here great but the tenants are as well. I have a newborn baby and the community is always quiet and peaceful. & IF you were to ever have a complaint within the community, they have an on-call courtesy officer available 24/7 to handle it. These units are renovated, the floors and carpet are in great condition. The walls and floors are sturdy in that they don't transfer alot of noise between units. I live upstairs and I never hear any noise from any apartments around me. I have yet to have an issue with bugs, which is enough in itself to convince me to stay! I have lived in apartments at this price point before and Rosemont stands out from anywhere I've ever lived in Atlanta.
