Apartment Review for The Falls At Sope Creek

I wish I could give this place no stars . They are far from professional. I had the worst experience ever renting from here.Their management and customer service is horrible , watch out for Arvin the assisting manager. He is extremely disrespectfull does not know how to handle complaints , I don't see why he still has his job, and if you want to speak to someone higher up ha tough one the property manager is never available ,and if you want to talk to corporate good luck .Unless you find the number on your own the falls staff will not give it to you . I wonder why! Fortunately for me they gave me no option but to break my lease and move forward , or at least try to . Now I'm having to deal with false statements made by the falls management regarding my rental history . I go to try to get it sorted out and conveniently all of the management is in a meeting , suprise suprise ! So I get copies of my lease and paperwork to review . I get the copies after showing proof of identification and being rushed away , only to come home and find that they have given me someone else's lease and personal information . I thought that was confidential isn't that a big no no , not only are they unprofessional but obviously stupid as well .( other issues I never had a parking space close to my building I usually don't mind but when I see cops come out because of car breakings yeah I want to be able to see my car from my building also my neighbors were very rude and noisy I could care less about neighbors but when I'm heading to work and I'm asked about my schedule and where I'm going that makes me uneasy considering the high crime rate at this complex and noise yeah my apartment shook feeling close to an earthquake every Friday but no it was just my downstairs neighbor practicing with his rock band not the video game an actual rock band for hours on end I complained several times in person called emailed left voice mails never got a response back and when I did get a response I was told " we will try to get this resolved" they never did prior to breaking my lease I asked to change buildings to solve my problems but nope that wasn't done either they did not want to work something out forcing me to take my money else where and Perdue legal action regarding their false statements about my rental history and disclosing confidential information save yourself the headache frustration and possibly getting robbed .
