Apartment Review for Amber Chase

This apartment complex is terrible. Hooligans roam the place at all hours, talking as loudly as possible. I don't know why they can't hear the person right next to them, but it is true. The management changes frequently and are always ignorant to your needs. The gate never works and stays open. So it says "gated community." But it is not. Even if it was closed, just follow a car in, and your in. <P>
But the main concern is cleanliness. When we moved in here, the place was supposed to be thoroughly cleaned. WRONG. It was disgusting. It looked like they hired a blind maid to work here. My wife and I took initiative and made it livable, but I can't say that for the people around us. That statement will lead me to my next point: <P>
The ROACHES. Or "palmetto bugs" as the management likes to refer to them. They like to fly. They like to walk on your ceilings. They like to run into your bathroom. It is terrible. I asked multiple times to have the apartment building sprayed, and they send out some cross eyed buffoon who looks like he has come from the local trailer park with a tin can, and sprayed a few sprays of what must of been sugar water. Because, frankly, it did not help at all. I took it upon myself again to buy some stuff at Wal-mart and sprayed the **** out of my own apartment. It helped quite a bit, but still the occasional scraggler wanders in and decides to die in the middle of my carpet. However, walking in from the car every evening you are sure to see two or three bugs. It is terrible. <P>
In short, don't live here. But really, most places around here are getting run down and quite crappy. Do not live here. It sucks. <P>
