clayton place is very affordable. you have a nice size bedroom, completely furnished w/ your own private bathroom, also completely furnished. some people drive around here w/ too much bass and it's so annoying! go somewhere else for that. also, there is no parking after 9:00 except on weekends. the management did a terrible job w/ that.
