Apartment Review for Chelsea Park

Chelsea Park was my 1st apartment in Atlanta & between the groups of people just hanging out in the parking lot all night, to when my car stereo was stolen, to when I moved out & it was listed on my credit report that I broke the lease (I left on the last day of my lease but the staff said I owed 1 more months rent because I hadn't given them 60 days notice that I was leaving) Chelsea Park apartments was not the vision I had of living in Hot-lanta. The residents are constantly breaking the gates so sometimes I would be stuck outside unable to get inside to my apartment. I didn't have a problem with the insects but the overall experience wasn't one I would wish on someone I didn't like.
