I really like my apartment. My floor plan is one of the smaller ones if not the smallest but it doesn't feel like it. There is no wasted space. The layout is very well designed. My old place was bigger yet it felt smaller and much of the sq footage went unused. I love having a washer and dryer in my apt. There is nothing I can say about the maintenance since I didn’t have any problems so far and the office staff are very friendly, all I can say: so far so good!

I moved in about 8 months ago and its been smooth sailing. Great team in the office! Can't believe the low pricing. I haighly recommend it to anyone.

New to the area I was looking for a place FAST! I was able to get moved in within a couple of days after starting the process. So far all is well.

I have lived here for under a month and I already love it. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help out, whether it is to find a nice place to eat or a place to go shopping. I needed to have a light bulb changed in my closet and it was fixed the next day after I put in the work order! The location is close to everything that you need, grocery store, drug store, I85. All in all Indian Trail is a great place to live!

i 've been living at Indian Trail since 2009 and really enjoy my apartment and the friendly staff at the office.
