Apartment Reviews for Medlock Woods - Norcross

I've lived in these apartments since I was young, when they used to be called by their street name - Berkeley Lake. That staff was incredible and were extremely kind. They had club activities for the kids. <P>
Then the apartment complex got sold. <P>
Everything dramatically changed, there was so much cost-cutting in their budget that you could tell they did not care much about their residents but instead the income that they were receiving. Prices shot up and the staff generally was not very friendly. The name changed to Medlock woods, a price had to be paid every lease for access to the gym and pools... <P>
BUT it is still decent living there, because the public schools are very near you will see kids playing in the streets all the time (some think this is bad, but this is a sign of security, how much is it worth driving fast in a apartment complex anyway?) <P>
The landscape is still well maintained, they put in a playground in the "big field" (which I disliked because we used to play soccer, baseball, and kickball there) and there is a "small field" that we would make our snowmen and snow angels when it snowed and played baseball as well. <P>
There is a pond with many ducks, but it is not recommended you go there is you don't like stepping in duck poop - this is normal though. <P>
