I've lived at Park Trace for twelve years. The office staff are always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance staff is very professional and efficient. The landscaped grounds are beautiful with several picnic areas, a dog park, a pool with a waterfall, and tennis courts. The value of the amenities surpasses the rent. In fact, every year when I renew my lease, the negotiations are always more than fair. I've looked at all of the apartments in the area for a better deal for the past twelve years and have yet to find one. Park Trace is the best kept secret in Gwinnett County.
